Registrations of new passenger cars in the first quarter of 2023:
March: 49,460 pieces (+25.1%)
January - March: 123,032 pieces (+20.6%)
Data from the Central Register of Vehicles and Drivers (CEPiK) shows a very optimistic picture of the situation on the market for the registration of new passenger vehicles and vans up to 3.5t GVM. Both in March this year alone and in the entire first quarter of 2023, we see double-digit increases in excess of 20%.
Why such good results? Research company Samar indicates that such good results may be due to, among other things: intensified promotional activities of manufacturers (sales offers, discounts, additional equipment at a lower price), but also, for example, favourable purchase financing offers and, importantly, favourable insurance packages.

Samar forecasts that 435,000 new passenger vehicles and 61,000 vans up to 3.5t GVM will be registered throughout 2023.
