Wiadomosci Inter Cars has been published for nearly 20 years, successively gaining a number of regular and returning readers. A tool used in Inter Cars' internal communication activities. The recipients of this mailing are all distributor's employees who are closely related to sales. Marketing for Inter Cars sales forces, apart from a special website dedicated to its own tasks, intensifies its activities by e-mail communication targeted at specific products, activities or services.

The mailing base for sales forces consists of over 5 thousand records - these are sales representatives as well as managers responsible at Inter Cars for realization of tasks and targets. By reaching directly to this group of recipients, the customers gain a chance not only to present their product offer, but also to build brand awareness among the representatives of the sales department of the largest spare parts distributor in Central and Eastern Europe. 

SENDING SCHEDULE

Internal Mailing is sent every two weeks - on Tuesdays. However, there is a possibility of ordering the distribution of additional service-product mailings addressed to Inter Cars sales forces at a time other than specified above. The date of delivery of the relevant materials depends on their quantity and the scope of activities to be performed by the PR and Marketing Department in order to implement them for the mailing.

The Company offers suppliers multiple possibilities of promotion on Facebook, both in the dimension of posting advertising content (in any form), video materials, as well as in the form of events posted on the company's fanpage.

Current events on groups is one of the most frequently promoted activities by Facebook's algorithm, displayed to users much more frequently than content from fanpages or even friends' posts. The main website of intercars.com.pl gets an average of about 700 thousand page views every month, additional ones are generated by a few thematic sub-pages - e.g. truck, motorbike, dedicated to fleet, as well as Q Service Castroll and Q-Service Truck networks.

We offer our business partners the opportunity to place on their own websites a sponsored article of up to 10,000 characters. This material can be accompanied by images, graphs and infographics, and there is also the possibility to place hyperlinks redirecting to the website of the party ordering the service. In order to best match the subject matter to the page layout, the article may be placed in one of the sections: Current events, titbits, guides or promotions. To further enhance the visibility of the product/service, the article can also be placed on a billboard (1310 x 380) which opens the homepage. Then it can link to the article on the Inter Cars website or to the materials placed directly on the supplier's website.

The year 2022 is the final migration period for Customers between the old catalogue, i.e. Catalogue Online, and its new version, i.e. Inter Cars e-Catalogue. New customers are granted access only to Inter Cars e-Catalogue, therefore it is an additional place we can offer you as an excellent form of product presentation.

Inter Cars e-Catalogue is a multi-tool catalogue which works on all devices with access to the Internet. It is used by over 25,000 customers and their number is constantly increasing. Its functionalities make it possible not only to find and order parts, but also facilitate and speed up preparing price estimates and offers, invoicing and payment for products. It also allows you to share a shopping cart with your advisor and Inter Cars salesperson, which facilitates and speeds up the work of a garage, as well as to connect with other service programs that we offer.

Both catalogues offer a wide spectrum of advertising possibilities.
